Caused by pinched nerve from disc inflammation.
-
Treatment: 6 WHITEE Patches on affected disc.

-
Avoid: Heavy lifting/rigorous exercise.
-
Required: Chiropractic + special exercises.
e) Spondylolisthesis (Slipped Disc)
-
Treatment: 1-3 months (per session = 6 WHITEE + 6 FASTT Patches + 4 LC Balancers).
-
FASTT Patches placed on the side for ligament injury.

Required: Chiropractic adjustment.
f) Facet Syndrome
-
Treatment: 2-3 sessions (6 Large WHITEE + 4 LC Balancers/session).

-
Treatment: WHITEE + LC Balancer + rotate Brown & Java every 2 weeks.
-
30-50% improvement in 1 month.
-
3 months for sustained results.

FASTT & WHITEE Patch Usage/Direction
1. Apply the patch to the affected area that is dry and clean. Shave the injured area if necessary. Shave excessive hair on the injured area for best contact and seal
2. Please stretch the corner of the tape for better seal or use additional tape if necessary.
3. Leave it on for 48 hours (2 days). Take the patch off in a warm shower with extra soap.
4. Take a 24-hour break before applying a new patch.
5. Use a washcloth with body lotion, vegetable oil, baby oil, or cooking spray to remove herbal residue from the skin
6. Use Aloe Vera gel if there is skin irritation. Metabolic toxins or by-products of necrotic tissue breakdown may surface through the skin and cause skin irritation.
7. Use Oxi-Clean to remove herbal residual from cloth
8. Store the patches at room temperature. Warm or hot environments may dry the herbs or cause the herbal paste to dissolve.
9. Use Aloe Vera Gel for skin irritation.
10. If the joint is swollen, there may be fluid retention under the patch in the 1st week of using the WHITEE Patch. Remove the patch, clean the fluid, and then reapply the patch.
11. The tape is hypoallergenic, latex-free, and water-resistant; however, if the patient does react to the tape, please cut the tape off and replace it with ACE bandages. (Patient can also use the FASTT/WHITEE Cream as an alternative)

FASTT/WHITEE Patch Place for Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis
Apply a patch on the lower left / right sides of the knee cap with the knee at a 45 degree angle flexed.
1. Patellar Tendonitis 3-6 medium FASTT Patches applied on top of the patellar tendon where the pain is located (a spot right below the knee cap or on the lower part of the knee cap) Figure 1.
2. ACL Injury (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) 2-3 medium FASTT Patches applied to the pain or swelling spot (avoid the knee cap)
3. MCL injury (Medial Collateral Ligament) 2-3 medium FASTT Patches applied to the pain or swelling spot (avoid the knee cap)
4. Knee Cap Injury (Chondromalacia Patella Syndrome) 3-6 medium or large WHITEE Patches applied to the edge of the patella near the pain spot
5. Meniscus tear 3-6 WHITEE Patches applied to the pain and swelling spot (avoid knee cap)
6. Knee cartilage injury 3-6 WHITEE Patches applied to the pain and swelling spot (avoid knee cap)
7. Osteoarthritis 6 WHITEE Patches applied to the pain and swelling spot (avoid knee cap) Figure 2.
If the pain spot is not clear for Osteoarthritis or Cartilage Injury, but pain can be felt on either the left or right side, apply the patch to the painful side, inferior to the knee cap.
If the whole knee is in pain for severe (bone-on-bone) osteoarthritis, use the Large size and apply it to the lower part of the knee cap.
